Could any prosecutor who has had to distinct pleasure to file or litigate a removal petition filed under Chapter 87 of the Local Govmt. Code please let me know. I would like to get a copy of the petition please. Thanks!

Ed: Gene Taylor, Williamson Co. CA, did one recently against his sheriff. Shane Phelps, ADA in Bryan, is our resident expert on this, having done a number of them....

Us'ins out on the Golden Spread have been thigh deep in this subject for many months.... Scott Brumley (Civil Chief at Potter County Attorney's Office)is the duty expert on the subject. We've got forms and lots of stories.... (Scott also wrote a paper published in the TDCAA Prosecutor that will provide you with practical direction.) Give him a shout, he's always good to help..... Cool
