Does anyone have any experience in getting footage, preferably including out takes, under affidavit, from 48 Hours (CBS) and 20/20 (ABC)? It is needed for an upcoming murder trial.

If the PD in your case has a PIO that works well with your local media they might be able to help you. I needed some footage on a juvi capital murder case that was covered by the national media and the local NBC affliated reporter helped me get what I needed through the network.
