I am planning to make a donation to the TDCAA Foundation before the end of the year. I will be making this donation in honor of former prosecutor Gil Epstein, my former court partner who was murdered during an aggravated robbery in 1996.

If any of you are considering making a donation to the Foundation, I would respectfully request that you consider making your donation in honor of Gil. I know his parents would greatly appreciate it.

Had you known Gil like many of his friends, you would gladly make your donation in his honor. He was a good guy and a great prosecutor.
