| The mere filing of a motion to revoke does not, of course, act to revoke or suspend the court's order. Nor does a violation of the order serve to excuse continued compliance with the conditions upon which imposition of punishment was suspended. So, I am uncertain why any such information would need to be included (either in the order or plea paperwork).
But, I guess something along this line might prove useful: "Compliance with the conditions of community supervision is required at all times, unless and until changed by further order of the court." |
