Yep, he did all that.

When trooper first lit him up on radar he was doing 97/70. Continued to evade. Blood test was .12 for alcohol, no drug test, but drugs were suspected.

1) He was twice convicted of evading (misd). I say he is enhanced to a 3rd degree. Anyone feel differently?

2) Endanger Child. Anyone had any success in trying one of these? Is a State Jail felony all I can get?

3) Any other ideas on charging this guy?
