Lawmakers debating bill to target urine drinking

COLUMBUS - Alan D. Patton's sexual fetish involves surreptitiously collecting young boys' urine and then drinking it.

Outraged that this behavior isn't already against the law, legislators are moving swiftly to pass a bill that would ban collecting someone else's bodily fluids without permission.
