Our Jury Wheel has a lot of people in it who no longer live in our County. Is there an easy (and legal!) way to remove these names from the Jury Wheel? I've only scanned Chap. 62 of the Government Code, but it appears the Clerk can only remove someone's card if they are sent a summons and it comes back undeliverable. Wouldn't it make more sense to get them out of the jury wheel before they are picked and don't show?!
