I would like some of you to give me your opinion on two questions. 1. Can a grand juror that was on the jury that indicted some one be a witness for the state at trial? 2. Is there a problem of me interviewing her or should I stay completely away? I know I can't talk to her about anything said during grand jury. While a sexual assault of a child case was being presented to the jury one of the jurors made a statement about having seen some things that made her wonder about them. I got some information that she had seen Grand Pa and the teen walking around the neighborhood holding hands and she had thought this wasn't right. Sure would like to talk to her but don't want to screw it up before I get started. Any thoughts appreciated. | ||
