Assuming, there is sufficient evidence in a trial for DWI 3rd or More or more to raise an issue about whether a defendant voluntarily consented to a blood draw, does anybody have a sample jury instruction on the issue?

I've been unable to locate a sample instruction in the pattern jury charge books in our office.

I appreciate any help.
