I just got served with my copy of a motion to recuse my district judge in a high profile case. I haven't handled one of these in years. There is a question as to whether it was timely filed. I'm in the process of preparing a response in opposition but I don't want to risk a reversal in order to keep my judge. Thanks for the replies but the motion took care of itself... my judge bailed out...
