Please offer any advice you can give to our prosecutors on how to try the case reported in today's Beaumont Enterprise: "A woman in a halfway house on Victoria Street told police Monday night she had been sexually assaulted while smoking crack with two men at another location. Police went to the house she described and spoke with the man there who said the woman was prostituting herself for drugs. However, police arrested the man since the victim made an outcry."

I wouldn't think that publicly discussing a pending case like that would be appropriate. One word: Nifong.

Judge, she made an outcry--how much more evidence do you need?
