Has anyone done a search warrant for Facebook? Our agencies are now doing them but noticed that none of the examples from training or the AG's office show a return. Anyone have a warrant and return you would be willing to share?

I put this together a couple of years ago. I retired last year and am currently trying to finish my PhD in Criminal Justice so I haven't looked at it in a while. I know at least one of our local LEA's was using this when I retired.

The warrant return (last page) is in line with CCP 18B.356(e).
