Judge Womack issued an opinion from the CCA this week saying something about how you must allege a manner and means as unknown or unknowable. I double dog dare you to explain his opinion. It is a bit of mysticism.

Prediction: the CCA will eventually declare its own opinion unknowable.

It is truly a confounding opinion that seems to raise more questions than provide answers. If it is not rewritten on a motion for rehearing, it will trigger even more confusion in its progeny.
