Suspect commits offense in hospital.....breaks a door while on cocaine....imagine that!
I believe HIPPA allows the release of the name of the patient/suspect, but is a subpepona required? The statute seems to allow release of the name and identifying info without one, upon request of law enforcement...any thoughts to the contrary?
