We have had a major problem getting a litigation package from the labs that our probation department is using, and even other counties probation departments. I have one defendant that has already been to SAFPF and has continued to test hot since her release. She has been tested where the analysis was done by three different labs and none of them will send the required documentation and if they will they want $500 or more for it (which we can't afford to spend). Is anyone else having this type of issue and if so, what are you doing? I need to revoke this woman but I can't get proof from the drug labs.

I think our probation office uses a lab that is out of state so we never have someone here to testify on a positive urinalysis. Our probation officers always try to get a signed drug admission form from the probationer after they have tested positive. They probably get a signed admission form 90% of the time.
