If the defendant agrees to stipulate to the two priors alleged in the indictment for the guilt/innocence phase of trial, can the driving record still be admitted? Especially if it contains additional DWI convictions...I'm thinking too prejudicial and the jury can only see the written stipulation. Agreed?
