From this morning's Dallas Morning News, an article pointing out that a recent murder/robbery suspect had a warrant out for violating conditions of probation for an earlier robbery. His violations were for two dirty UAs, not reporting, and not paying fees. So exactly the sort of thing everyone decries "wasting" prison space on...until one of the violators commits a high-profile crime.

I love the media.

Wow. Timely reminder of what a "technical violation" means, huh?
