DWI case pending in Yoakum County, Texas. Defense Counsel has filed "Motion for Discovery" requesting #41 items. Extensive long list, far in excess of “trial packet” usually prepared by DPS Lab folks. Hearing next Wednesday. Expert for defense requesting this is “Janine Arvizu”.
