I've got several defendants that we've indicted for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity (Gambling Promotion) with several associated forfeiture actions filed under 18.18(b) for all the gambling proceeds and 8liners seized.

I'm looking for any sample forms or language to put in with the plea papers for the plea negotiations that would waive any interest they might have in the gambling proceeds and any right to contest the seizure.

Can anyone help?
