I have an aggravated sexual assault of a child case in which the defense has listed Carmen Petzold of Houston as one of their experts. I would appreciate any info that anyone has with regard to what she might be testifying to. I found a small thread on her sometime back, but it appears that she was testifying for the state in the instance...

Carmen did a lot of the juvi evals in Ft. Bend many years ago. You might call someone down there to ask. I would suggest someone in the juvi probation department.

Could you tell me about Carmen Petzold? It's my understanding that she testified for the defense in a case you had.
