Anyone have some examples of the type of "threat" required to get the CCP Sex Assault PO? I've got a girl who is scared to death because she reported the guy, and moved out of the apartment where the assault occurred, but no overt threat. These are relatively rare in our county, so I don't know what the judges are looking for.

I can't answer your question, but if he's out on bond, you should ask the judge impose a no-contact provision (which is now mandatory for certain sex crimes vs. kids as of 9/1/09, but still discretionary for other cases), and if he violates it, the judge can deny him new bail. That is more effective than any piece of paper.
