I apologize for posting this in the criminal forum as well as the appellate forum--- figured a double post would never hurt. We are a small office where we do our own briefs. Has anyone briefed the issue of Article 38.37 extraneous sex evidence? I have a victim who testified wherein the evidence introduced at trial was no-billed as a case several years before in a different county. I certainly don't want to reinvent the wheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
