I have a Boating While Intoxicated 2nd. The parks and wildlife officers did not provide the DIC 24 either orally or in writing. They simply asked the defendant to take a breath test, to which he refused. My question: Since no warnings were given, is the evidence of his refusal inadmissible? | ||
