I'm reading this statute and have a dumb question: it says upon showing of good cause, etc. the defense "shall" get to copy yadda yadda yadda except written statements of witnesses, et. al. My question is....what if my witness statements are videotaped? I could only find one case that says the issue is "unsettled" so no decision was made. Any thoughts? Thanks! | ||
