The way I read CSA sec. 481.134(b), possession of marihuana less than 2 oz. cannot be enhanced by close proximity to a playground. My question is, does a park containing a playground and softball and soccer fields constitute a "youth center" so that I can enhance under sec. 481.134(f)(1)? The playing fields are used by youth teams, but also adult teams (maybe moreso). Also, the definition of "youth center" seems to imply an indoor facility or building.
