Has anyone ever indicted a juvenile for perjury? I recently had a 14 year old commit blatant perjury in a grand jury proceeding. The code seems to indicate that a juvenile who commits perjury is subject to indictment in district court without any ceritification process. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who has done it and what their thoughts are about whether its worth the effort.

The perjury indictment should be returned by a different grand jury that heard his perjured testimony.
