Maysonet v. State, (91S.W.3d 365) apparently laid to rest challenges to radar evidence based on Kelly, et.al. However we are now facing a challenge to laser speed evidence based on Kelly and etc. From what I can find the CCA has not addressed this issue. Has anyone had any experience fighting challenges to laser?
