I have an opinion but my boss wants the well written opinions of JB and AP. Received a SO case that started as a P&W investigation. They receive a video showing 3-4 dogs attacking a penned hog. The dogs are removed prior to killing hog. Clearly this meets 42.092 b(7).
1. Is this a proper way to train a dog to hunt hogs?
2. Will anyone care?
