I have an Indecency by Contact case with a guy who is claiming insanity. Dr. Mitchell Dunn already found him sane, but defense is planning on presenting evidence from a doctor at Glen Oaks (he was transferred there immediately after being caught due to threatening suicide). Anyone have a good voir dire on insanity issues? I've never had to deal with this. Thanks!
