Question:
My guess is very few judges consider releasing someone from deferred adjudication supervision in less than 1/3 of the scheduled period of probation. But, perhaps more will feel free to do so more often in the future after this decision. How will the decision affect your determination of whether to utilize sec. 5 of 42.12?

Choices:
Forsee little, if any, change in policy
Will wait to see how things develop
Will take the chance of early release into account
Will significantly affect our deferred offers
I can't wait to deal with the flood of motions for early release
