Has anyone been getting charged by Metro PCS for business records obtained via subpoena duces tecum (or GJ Subpoena) in a criminal matter? Other carriers have not submitted a bill, and wondering if there is statutory authority for Metro PCS to charge a fee? I know of one reported case that reads a carrier can cover the cost of reproduction, but am still wondering if Metro PCS is charging everyone else for their business records??? Maybe we should feel fortunate to obtain the other carrier's business records for free.... Any input appreciated. | ||
