Has anyone ever prosecuted the offense of practicing medicine without a license? I've got one on my desk that I'd like to discuss with anyone who has experience with the offense. Please contact me directly. Thanks.

Several cases have arisen in Harris County, perhaps one of the ADA's will contact you back channel.
