Anyone know how to put a bond on a subpoena? Do I just include a space for a bond on a subpoena and ask the judge to set a bond? I have a witness who is in custody for charges, has been uncooperative and, in the event she makes bond on her original charges, I want to make sure she doesn't disappear. Trial starts Monday. HELP PLEASE.
