I live in unincorporated Fort Bend County and wondered if I'm allowed to discharge a shotgun on my property (2 acres) to shoot acouple Bantum Roosters. These roosters have killed one of my roosters (Rhode Island) and flown through and broken out a window in my chicken coop. They show up each morning (wild I guess) to eat chicken feed I put out and they terrorize my chickens. I wouldn't be shooting across any roads nor would the pellets (shot) travel off of my property. Thank you. I'm sure this is a common problem; sorry if it's a recent duplicate Craig | ||
