Is an extraneous solicitaion of capital murder of an unnamed complaintant admissible? Meaning if there is an almost solicitation that occurs during the same transaction as a solicitaion for capital murder, is that admissible. The Defendant during a solicitation inquires how much it would be to off someone besides the victim. I am looking for caselaw. Thanks!
