The Texas Transportation Institute is collecting information from prosecutors to help determine what features of the Ignition Interlock Program are working well and which ones might need to be revision. The information you provide will be kept anonymous and will help us in determining the effectiveness of ignition interlock systems on recidivism rates for DWI 2nd offenders.

We are coming up on the close of the survey very soon (August 15, 2008) and it is important that we collect as much information from prosecutors as possible.
