Sentenced to deferred adjudication and restitution of $100K paid $5K every 6 months over 10 years to my former employer. Former employer filed bankruptcy and will cease to exist later this year. Have paid 60% of restitution. What does Texas law say about making payments to an entity that no longer exists?
