Just received notice of the defense attorney's expert witness. Has anyone heard of Dr. William Lee Carter from Waco Psychological Associates. He is to testify on the reliability of a child victim's outcry statement. Any information on this Dr. would be appriciated for a google and yahoo search produced no hits.
