I have a defendant with a motion to adjudicate guilt who is in federal custody out of state. I think we may work out a plea deal to be accomplished in absentia, but I cannot locate any forms in our office. Anyone have forms they'd share? Thanks.

I have not been able to find the statute which allows A or B misdemeanors to be pled in absentia.
