When is the OCA Special Judgment Form re: Ignition Interlock used? Per 42.12(13)(h), an Ignition Interlock must be maintained for at least one-half of the supervision period, while the OCA special judgment language only requires the ignition interlock to be maintained until the date of the 1st anniversary after the DL suspension. Seems to be a conflict. Is the OCA Ignition Interlock Special Order language to be used only in non-probation DWI cases? | ||
