At our local technical college, we have a young man with Aspergers' Syndrome. Genius level in computers, questionably competent with life and social skills. Another young man at the college has been taking him to town and getting him to purchase "gifts" for himself and the other students. The victim, apparently willingly, makes the purchases. The victim's father is understandably irritated and wants the second young man prosecuted. For what? I can see that this is morally wrong, but is there a crime? | ||
