Anyone heard of Liles Arnold - Defense Expert?

I have an Agg Sexual Assault of a Child case coming up in October. The defense disclosed their expert as being Liles F. Arnold out of Richardson, Texas. Has anyone dealt with Mr. Arnold in trial or know what tests he administers? I would appreciate any information on this expert.
