I have a case where the Defendant had sex with an adult and a minor simultaneously. As a result the adult contracted HIV from the Defendant who has AIDs. (The case is currently unindicted but I will seek indictments for SAC and Agg Assault DW). I know the facility where the Defendant got tested for AIDs but I'm not sure how to get the medical records released. I'm assuming a court order would work. Does anyone have a motion for this type of situation?
