We had a DWI conviction appealed to the 14th Court of Appeals recently. Defendant was released on appeal bond and is violating the conditions of his bond. Where do we file the Motion to Revoke Bond? In the originating County Court at Law or the 14th Court of Appeals? My best guess is the CCL where the appeal bond was granted. If you know the answer would you kindly point me towards the authoritative sources on the subject?
