I have a sexual assault that happened in one county, however, the actor lives in another county. I am drafting a DNA search warrant to obtain salivia, and I am going to pay him a visit, however, I would like to have the warrant signed before I show up. I am familiar with my county. Can a magistrate from the county where the offense occured sign a DNA search warrant to be executed in another county. Thanks | ||
