Question:
What constitutes an "upright seat" according to Texas House Bill 5? I am being charged for an open container I had in a zipped cooler in the extended cab portion of my '94 Ford Ranger. The seats in this part are fold away seats and were folded away at the time of the incident. Does this constitute the "area behind the last upright seat of the vehicle, if the vehicle does not have a trunk"?

Choices:
Yes
No
Depends
