One of the prosecutors in my office who went to the Annual stated there was someone who talked about using injury to a child as the underlying felony in charging murder under 19(b)(3). If anyone has a copy of the indictment they used in charging the murder this way would appreciate if you could send it to Joel Wilks, wilksj@taylorcountytexas.org or to me at dyerp@taylorcountytexas.org. Joel wants to indict next Thursday, but wants to make sure what the proper language is.
