I am looking for a prosecutor who has used a forensic hypnotist as a witness in a criminal trial. We have a meeting of the Texas Association of Investigative Hypnosis coming up at the DPS Training Academy in October, and I have been asked by the coordinator to put together a presentation on the legal issues including admissibility, voir dire, etc. Also, I would like to get a copy of a transcript of a voir dire of a forensic hypnotist (state and defense) if possible.
