We have a defendant that is set for sentencing in an Intox Manslaughter case. The judge ordered a PSI, so in preparation for the possibility of probation:

Is there a case or provision that requires the "no less than 120 days confinement" to be served continuously?

There is no language saying it must be continuous either in the CCP or in case law that I am aware of.
