I start trial next week and expect the Defense to argue the defendant's confession was "false" because of various factors. He will also seek LIO of Manslaughter, and that my victim actually committed suicide. Has anyone had similar issues come up and are willing to share voir dire slides, or tips/tricks on how you handled these issues in trial as well? Thanks in advance!
